I see life as pretty much hopeless as I have had about a 60-80% loss of both short term and long term memory as well as brain functioning. I have also experienced about a 90-95% reduction in my ability to feel emotions. I have not experienced ANY positive emotions for over 21 months.

Please pray for wisdom for my doctors. I have an MRI on my brain on March 11, and a follow-up with my Neurologist. I live in Riverside, CA and found you on the internet.

A dear lady in our church, Lorelle, had a biopsy today on a tumor in the vocal chord area. The Dr got 80 percent of it. Please keep her in your prayers. 1/24

UPDATE: 2/14-Lorelle is taking radiation treatments 4 times and week and chemo 1 day a week for the next 7 weeks. Please keep her in your prayers.
UPDATE 3/31-Lorelle is doing well, and at this point in her treatments will not have to have a feeding tube. That's an answer to prayer!
UPDATE 4/4-Lorelle's blood is low. PLease remember her.
4/27 update: Lorelle has been at church the past 2 Sundays-praise the Lord!
5/8/08 update: She is beginning to be able to talk more, and remember her still as she goes to the Dr for a follow up. 5/20/08 She goes back to the DR today to see how the tumor has shrunk. Please continue to pray.
6/15/08-Continue to pray for he as she goes to the Dr Tuesday for further tests.
6/29/08-She got to come to the church dinner. Please remember her as she continues to gain her strength back. 7/20/08-Good news-the Dr says she is right on target and may in a month get to eat solid foods. 10/4/08 Lady is doing ok from her cancer, but is facing other health problems and needs our continued prayers.

UPDATE: The Lord is good. Let me say that again. The Lord is good! We made it out alive – even with our animals! We figured out that we only had about another 3 minutes and all of our entrances would’ve been blocked. He is not finished with us yet!
We were able to save about 20% of our things. Luckily, the things that meant the most (keepsakes, pix, and family heirlooms) are in that 20%. We lost nothing of personal value. I would like to thank everyone for their concern they have shown to us. Please continue to keep us in your thoughts and prayers.
