We appreciate all who came and helped.

Christmas Dinner 2008

On December 7, 2008, we had our Christmas Dinner after the church service.
We had 43 in church that Sunday.

Christmas Program December 21, 2008

We had our Christmas program with 66 in attendance.
The kids did a great job and many helped
to get this program together.  We would like to thank
everyone for their prayers and all of their help to make
this such a good program.

In the program, there was a song sung by Sloane.  It
was called "There is a Candle"  The words to the song said
"We are a family whose hearts are blazing
We raise our candles and light up the sky
Praying to our father in the name of Jesus
Make us a beacon in darkest hours-
Carry your candle run to the darkness
Seek out the helpless deceived and poor
Hold out your candle for all to see it
Take your candle and go light your world"

After the program, we opened gifts, and some gifts were on the humorous side as you can see.

Do you know these people?

After opening gifts, we also had refreshnents.
Treat bags were also given to everyone as they left that night.

Christmas Caroling 2008

On Monday, December 22, we took a group of 13 Christmas caroling.
It was very cold that night, but everyone enjoyed themselves.  We
went to 8 different places and gave fruit baskets to all we visited.  We ask you
to please keep those folks we visited in your prayers when you pray.

Afterwards, we came back to church and ate hotdogs and chips and boy it was good!
Special thanks to Lorelle for fixing the hotdogs!
